Dreams V. 2, by Kennedy (after Langston Hughes)

Hold fast to dreams
disappear life is an ear
That cna't hear.

Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams fade
Life will be a broken blade.

Hold fast to dreams
So if dreams run away
Life will be a destroyed subway.
